Presented in random order... Prince Naveen's speech: Hi all!
I sadly don't have many big moves and showboating to bring to the table here, due to the fact that I literally didn't need to at any point in the game. I played a basically perfect under the radar game. This wasn't really a game of big moves, with the exception of a few rounds the votes largely went onto low activity unconnected players who no one really minded if they went (up until the last few rounds where social threats also came under fire around the time jury started up). I arguably should've fallen into this category, and yet I received next to no pressure. My strategy was to lay low and be personable enough that I was never on people's hit lists throughout the entirety of the game. I combined this with having some strong reliable allies that I knew I could rely on to keep me in the loop (which they did, passing on a lot of useful information throughout the game) in the form of Reepicheep, Megara and Pixar Lamp. I knew the vote every round, and was also aware of who the secondary targets were. I had codes that could pass on if one of our allies was in danger, and I was absolutely prepared to spring if that code was sent about me But it never was because I literally never came under fire. Even in the last round, when various names were being thrown around to try and figure out the biggest threat in terms of getting to the end, I didn't fit into any of the categories that people were worried about. I spent the vast majority of my money on chats, so that if I ever came under threat I had a way to push back. By aligning myself with well connected players I had an easy way of spreading a target without it being traceable back to me. I also think its noteworthy that I participated in almost ever single elimination challenge (8/11). I only avoided a challenge once, with the other 2 being due to time constraints. I had 2.4k in the bank at the end of the game, meaning that I had the third most money of the remaining 8 almost certainly (I can't be bothered to do the maths. I also came third in the qualifying challenge for the finale). Given how little money everyone else had, I assumed they were paying up a large amount of the time. This is a challenge game, and I clearly showed up for the challenges that matter the most. I'm not going to go into a play by play here, as I don't want to make this an essay and I'd rather cater that exactly to the questions you are interested in. In conclusion, I played a game where I flew under the radar, was always in the loop, had a strong challenge performance, could makes moves if I needed to but always avoided being in a position where I had to take that risk. This is a game unlike any other, and I think the traits I've established above make me a perfect candidate for sole survivor Disney's World Dominatrix person that gets to the end of the game and does the last challenge and stuff.

Queen of Hearts' speech: Ladies and gentlemen of the jury. It is my honor and privilege to appeal my case for moving on to the final challenge. This has been a wild journey and a game unlike any other like I have played before, so I have spent a lot of time wondering on exactly how I am supposed to argue why I am worthy to advance. From the beginning, I believe that there were three main shapes that elimination in this game took. The first and most obvious was dying in the Pay Up or Put Up challenges. I am aware that some players prided themselves on taking every challenge head on, but from the very first day I was realistic about my position. I came in the beginning of the game in a rough position and I had a hard time generating any sort of a base income. For that reason, I very quickly realized that I was not going to be sitting in either of the "Richest Player" slots. When I came to that realization, my goal was to end the game with as close to $0 left in my account as possible so that no money would have been wasted. This was the best tool to prevent an unlucky challenge performance from ending my chances, so that is where I spent the vast of my cash. The second and perhaps earliest-seen style of elimination was the 'inactivity' or 'hard to talk to vote.' This was something I was concerned about for the entire game, because I deliberately choose not to invest much money if any into private chats or being team leader. I was fortunate to very quickly connect with Megara and Wreck-It-Ralph, and those were the connections I used to catapult from the early game to the mid-game. It is my understanding that they helped direct votes in mutually favorable directions, same as I did from the chats that I was in. I took every opportunity to build friendships and relationships from the random chats I was given, and those relationships meant that I was always picked for someone's chat at all points in the game. I was generally on the same page with my friends at all phases of the vote, and there was not an elimination that surprised me. Finally, there was really only one major alliance that was addressed though Layoff Votes. This is the core from which I made the #bigmoves that I believe landed me where I am now. In Round 5 Pepe the King Prawn confessed to me that Zack and Cody were in a secure position hunting players with large bank accounts and generally running a powerful alliance featuring Air Bud and Dog With a Blog, among others. This confirmed the vibe that I had picked up given how eager their posting was in the public forums, and from that point on, they were my target. I made a slight error in how I approached it by bringing up my feelings in Round 8 to Reep, Doofenschmirtz, and Sorsha, but I was young and excited to make a move. I believe that information was relayed to Zack and Cody who tried to rally a target to me, which is why I put the money that I did protecting myself from votes. From there the rest is history. Reepicheep defected to our side and helped eliminate Zack and Cody, and the later part of the game was going after the remaining allies that they had. This was, of course, never personal. I just wanted to make sure that the final 8 had the people I wanted to attempt the final challenge with. I respected Z&C as fierce competitors, as well as the dogs as loyal allies and challenge threats. The main vote from this era that I was sad to do was the one on Pepe the King Prawn. He gave me the information that helped set up my main plans, and I hated that I had to choose between him and Reep. So this is how I approached the game and how I worked to get to the position I am in now. I looked for the #bigmoves, won a couple individual immunities to demonstrate that I can stand on my own two feet, and I made sure to stay as in the loop as I could in a game with so little room for clear information. I thank you all for the chance to plead my case, and I look forward to answering your questions.

Sorsha's speech: Well, first things first, hi everybody! It's good to see you all again. It has been quite a ride and I have enjoyed every second of playing this game with you all. Thank you for the good experience. Mods thank you for this wonderful design and casting choices.
This isn't a survivor game so I'm not really going to go incredibly deep into what my gameplan was for this game in this speech, because let's be honest here, I don't think anyone wants to read a huge essay on theory or a complete step by step recap. I'm not going bullshit you and claim to be a part of some huge thing and have been this huge mastermind, cuz that's not the kind of game I played nor is it the kinda player I am. Ask me anything you like, and I'll be as honest about it as I can.
So I came into this game knowing I'm not particularly strong in challenges but wanting to have a good fun time for as long as I possibly could. I had a bit of a rocky start where I didn't exactly connect to too many people because I didn't really talk too much in public threads, and I think that is why I ended up getting so many votes in the first few rounds. But I wanted to play this game to have fun and to bring entertainment and good times to other people. So I started making sure to buy chats every round to at least be someone that people would have talked to and had a chance to get a good feeling about. I'm more of a one-on-one or small group kind of person than I am a public persona, so I was hoping to use the chats to show that off. I wasn't part of some huge alliance or anything like that, but I just wanted to do my best and contribute as much as I could. Every challenge I took part in, I gave my all in, whether in my performance there or in trying to boost up morale. I know I'm not the flashy big name everybody knew about from personality or challenge performance, but I've been putting in the work to be here in my own way.
I think that performance is important, but I think how you make the other people in this game feel is just as important. This isn't a game where you win alone. You win in a team, and while I wasn't always a part of everything going down, every group I was a part of I did my best to display teamwork and support the people I was with. Every new configuration of people I ended up with, I worked my best to fit in with and complement the skills they were bringing to this game with my own. And I would really like to be able to continue to do that here in this final challenge. This isn't a game like survivor where there is a single winner, so arguing why I'm the single best person doesn't seem to fit this game. So instead, I would really like to be voted to go on to take part in the final showdown, not just for myself, but for those of you, my friends, who didn't make it to take part yourself. Let me take part for you and share the experience of all of the effort that went into winning this game, because none of us got here purely on our own, and I would like to play in the finale for all of you.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to what you have to ask me, and I look forward to talking to you all again no matter how this turns out.

Reepicheep's speech: Opening Speech I wrote out a long opening speech and deleted it, because after reading it over I realised it was only really the last bit that mattered. Giving an overview of my game is kinda pointless unless you guys actually want it - I'm happy to answer any questions about it, but I think you will all have discussed what I did a fair bit in Jury already. The question I was going to end my speech on was Was it worth it?. Was what I did the right thing to do? I wrote out a huge piece trying to justify it in a million different ways, read over it, and realised it was all just trying to dodge the fact that the answer is a very clear No. I had an easy ride to F8 with Rich Chat, and I threw that away in the name of taking out the big challenge threats so I could more easily make it to F6. Well, the result of that was losing control of the votes completely after Pepe went home. I had to pay >$5000 in total to keep myself safe, and I failed to even get my preferred votes of Trebek/Sorsha on the table for the last two rounds.
And, as I'm sure hasn't been lost on you, I didn't get through to F6 on the challenge. I went out of my way to seriously hurt a lot of you, all to help me do something I then failed to do anyway. Please don't get me wrong here, I still really want to make the end - but I think the only way I can open this is by acknowledging that I did not play a good game. I'm happy to answer any questions you have, and if there is any way I can still earn your jury vote, I'd really appreciate it if you gave me that opportunity.
